This support article assumes that you've already passed KYC verification and created your Play+ account since ZenSports requires that all customers pass KYC/AML verification and create a Play+ account before depositing funds via Paper Check. If you have not already passed KYC verification or created your Play+ account, you will need to do that first before proceeding to deposit funds via Paper Check.
ANY PAPER CHECK DEPOSITS RECEIVED WITHOUT HAVING ALREADY PASSED KYC VERIFICATION OR CREATING A PLAY+ ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE CREDITED TO YOUR ZENSPORTS WAGERING ACCOUNT AND WILL BE PROMPTLY RETURNED BACK TO YOU.
If you would like to deposit funds into your ZenSports account via paper check, please follow the instructions below.
NOTE: this method will take longer than depositing via Play+ or Wire Transfer, as it takes time to receive a paper check via mail and we have to wait for your check to clear before the funds will be credited to your ZenSports account. In some cases, this can take up to 10-14 business days. We recommend instead using a Wire Transfer if you can.
Please be sure that the name on your check matches the name on your ZenSports account. Please put your email address in the Memo line of the check.
