NOTE: The limits below apply ONLY to deposits made through Play+. There are NO limits when depositing funds into ZenSports via wire transfer or paper check.

Deposit limits for Play+ refer to the amount that customers may load onto their Play+ account with their own funds. There are different limits depending on whether the customer is a Standard Play+ customer or a VIP Play+ customer, along with the amount of time that has elapsed since the last deposit.

Play+ uses a rolling limit counter, which means that if you make a deposit on Monday at 2:00pm Eastern Time and you reach your daily deposit limit, you'll need to wait till Tuesday at 2:00pm Eastern Time to make another deposit. Or if you reach your 7 day limit, you'll need to wait until the following Monday at 2:00pm Eastern Time before making another deposit, etc.

Here is a summary of deposit limits when making a deposit into your Play+ account through Bank Card, Online Banking (ACH), or PayPal:

Time

Standard customer

VIP Customer

Per day (24 hours)

$2,000

$10,000

Per week (7 days)

$4,500

$30,000

Per month (30 days)

$10,000

$70,000

Play+ will automatically upgrade high volume depositing customers from Standard to VIP status within 60 days after beginning to make deposits (and oftentimes, sooner than 60 days). However, if you're currently a Standard customer and would like higher limits and to reach VIP status sooner than what is automatically granted to you, you can submit a manual request to ZenSports to request VIP status from Play+. To manually request Play+ VIP status, simply send an email to [email protected] with your first and last name and email address associated with your ZenSports account, and ZenSports will reach out to Play+ on your behalf to request VIP status. Decisions for manual requests are generally made within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
