This support article assumes that you've already passed KYC verification and created your Play+ account since ZenSports requires that all customers pass KYC/AML verification and create a Play+ account before depositing funds via ACH / Online Banking. If you have not already passed KYC verification or created your Play+ account, you will need to do that first before proceeding to deposit funds via ACH / Online Banking.
Here is a general flow on how deposits using ACH / Online Banking work:
Bank account ---> Play+ account ----> ZenSports wagering account
Here's how to deposit funds using your online bank account:
Enrolling your Online Banking account for deposits:
Step 1
Tap on "Funds" at the bottom navigation bar on the main page of the ZenSports app, then select "Deposit Funds":

On the "Fund My Account" screen, enter the amount you'd like to deposit in the "Fund Amount" field, then tap on the "Online Banking" option:

Review and confirm the funding summary page. Tap on "Continue" after reviewing this page.
Step 4
This will enroll your Online Bank account for a deposit on ZenSports. Read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then tap on "I Agree".
Step 5
Select your Online Banking account provider from the list below.
If you can't find your Online Bank in the list, manually type in the name of your bank, then select the name of your bank from the list of options.
Step 6
Log into your Online Bank account using your username and password for the bank account.
Step 7
A verification code will be generated and sent to either your email address or your phone as SMS. Select how you wish to receive the verification code, then tap on "Submit".
Step 8
Enter the verification code you received in the field provided then tap on "Submit".
Step 9
All your Online Bank accounts will be shown on this page. Select which bank account you want to use to fund your ZenSports deposit.
Step 10
You will see the "Verification success" page if the entire process is successful. Tap on "close" to enroll your bank account for deposits on ZenSports.
Tap on "Return and Complete Purchase" to complete your deposit.
Step 11
Your deposit is now in your ZenSports Play+ account. Enter the amount you want to transfer from your Play+ account into your ZenSports wagering account, then tap on "Transfer".
Step 12
Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number, then tap on "Continue".
You will be shown the "Transfer Successful" page below after the transfer to your ZenSports wagering account is successful, and you'll then see these funds sitting in your ZenSports wagering account wallet on the Funds screen:

Using an already verified Online Banking Account to fund your account.
Step 1
On the "Fund My Account" screen, enter the amount you'd like to deposit in the "Fund Amount" field, then tap on the "Online Banking" option:

Select which verified account you'd like to fund your ZenSports account with.
Step 3
Your deposit is now in your ZenSports Play+ account. Enter the amount you want to transfer from your Play+ account into your ZenSports wagering account, then tap on "Transfer".

Enter the last 4 digits of your social security number, then tap on "Continue".
You will be shown the "Transfer Successful" page below after the transfer to your ZenSports wagering account is successful, and you'll then see these funds sitting in your ZenSports wagering account wallet on the Funds screen:
