ZenSports offers a wide variety of products and features that carry various regulatory restrictions as to where and who can use them. As such, certain products and features are available only in certain jurisdictions, whereas other products and features are available in all jurisdictions. Below are the list of products and features and where they can be accessed.
ZenSports offers both a traditional sports book and peer-to-peer sports betting features. Most jurisdictions throughout the world (including the United States) treat peer-to-peer sports betting the same as betting against a traditional sports book, and there is not a special carve-out exemption for peer-to-peer betting. Because of this, all sports betting features in ZenSports, regardless of which ones you use, are restricted to just those jurisdictions where ZenSports holds a sports betting and/or gaming license.
Currently, ZenSports holds a non-restricted gaming license in Nevada, and that is the only location where ZenSports' sports betting features may currently be used by customers 21 years of age and older.
Also note that only ZenSports' sports book and fiat deposit/withdrawal/wagering options are currently offered in Nevada. We hope to offer our peer-to-peer and cryptocurrency wagering in Nevada soon.
Previously, ZenSports offered its sports betting features in certain jurisdictions outside the United States via its Curacao license. While ZenSports still maintains its Curacao license, we ceased our international sports betting operations on July 31, 2021. ZenSports will look to revisit international sports betting operations via country-specific licenses or white label deals with international gaming operators sometime in early 2022.
Customers not located in Nevada are strictly prohibited from placing sports betting wagers at all times.
CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING EXCHANGE
Customers located in certain countries in Europe may access and use ZenSports' cryptocurrency trading exchange. The exact country list is always changing, and we will look to firm up that exact list within our support library as soon as possible. In the meantime, customers in Europe may attempt to use our trading exchange, and if you don't get blocked, you may use it.
DAILY FANTASY SPORTS CONTESTS
ZenSports currently offers Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) Contests for the NFL only. DFS Contests are accessible in the following states:
DFS Contests are currently not available outside the United States.
ZenSports offers a wide variety of Esports features, including tournament management, brackets, stats, Twitch and Discord integration, entry fees, prize money, etc.
Both playing and watching Esports tournaments within the ZenSports app can be used by anyone 18 years of age or older and within any jurisdiction worldwide. Because ZenSports doesn't offer betting on Esports tournaments within its app, simply playing in Esports tournaments is considered skill-based and has no legal prohibitions. And of course, spectators are always welcome!
WITHDRAWING OF FUNDS
There is never any restriction on the ability to withdraw funds, regardless of jurisdiction. For example, if you were previously using ZenSports' sports betting features in an available country, and that country no longer has access to the sports betting features, you can always withdraw your available funds at any time.
ZenSports uses geo-location and other technology restrictions to ensure that only those in the correct jurisdictions can use the features listed above.
Any attempt to circumvent the geo-restrictions put into place to access features outside of the available jurisdictions listed above will result in immediate termination of your ZenSports account, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to the authorities.
