There are multiple ways to initiate the Multi-Factor Authentication setup on your account if you've not completed this process already.
Tapping on the "Forgot Password" link on the Sign-In page
Tapping on the "Profile Settings" tab under "More" on the far lower right corner of the app.
Step 1
You will be required to complete the email verification process first. A One-Time Password (OTP) code will be sent to your email address.
Check your email address for the code and enter it in the field and tap "Submit".

Note: If you've still not received the email after a couple of minutes, check your spam folder to see if it was sent there. If it's still not in your spam folder, check that you have the correct email address on your account by checking under the :
More --> Settings ---> Profile settings.

If the email address on your account is correct and you still have not received the email OR there was a misspelling of your email address, please contact [email protected] and we'll resolve the issue.
Step 2
After you successfully complete the email verification process, enter your personal phone number in the field shown below.

Note: The phone number entered should be able to receive SMS text messages (i.e the phone number cannot be VOIP, landline, etc.). Also, your name MUST be connected to the mobile phone number entered.
A code will be sent to you via SMS text message. Enter the code in the field below and tap on "Submit"
