Registering Your MFA Factors
To ensure the effectiveness of MFA, you need to register your email and phone number. Here’s a brief overview of the registration process:
Email Registration and Validation: After downloading the app and attempting to deposit, wager, etc. you will be required to register your email. Once provided you will receive an OTP via email. You must then enter this OTP in the app to verify the email address you provided is truly yours.
Phone Registration and Validation: After verifying your email, you must then register the valid US mobile phone number provided. To validate ownership and possession of your phone number, you will receive an OTP via SMS and be required to enter the OTP in the app to register your phone number and confirm possession and ownership..
Note: Given the OTP process, please use your primary email account that is readily and easily accessible so you can obtain the relevant OTP (one time passcode) info for verification into the mobile app. Also, only mobile phone numbers will be accepted. Voip or landline phone numbers will not be accepted.
