Depositing funds and placing of wagers in ZenSports are restricted to just those jurisdictions where ZenSports holds a sports betting and/or gaming license.

​ZenSports is currently licensed to operate its sports betting features in the state of Tennessee only.

Previously, ZenSports offered its sports betting features in certain jurisdictions outside the United States. ZenSports ceased its international sports betting operations on July 31, 2021.

There is never any jurisdictional restriction on the ability to withdraw funds. For example, if you used ZenSports to place wagers in a permitted jurisdiction and then you left that jurisdiction, you'll still be able to make a withdrawal of funds outside a permitted jurisdiction. Again, no deposits or wagers can ever be placed in a restricted jurisdiction.

ZenSports uses geolocation and other technology restrictions to ensure that only those in permitted jurisdictions can place wagers.

Any attempt to circumvent the geolocation restrictions put into place to access features outside of permitted jurisdictions will result in immediate termination of your ZenSports account, along with potential reporting to the government authorities.

All customers are required to be fully KYC / AML verified prior to depositing funds, placing a wager, and/or making a withdrawal.
