To withdraw funds to your bank account, you need to first withdraw your funds from your ZenSports wagering account to your ZenSports Play+ account if you've not done so already.

If this is your first time making a withdrawal to your bank account, you will need to link your bank account to your Play+ Account. After you fund or withdraw an aggregate sum of $150 or more into/from your Play+ account, a personalized physical Discover debit card will be mailed to you (generally received within 10-14 days). The card will have your card number on it, which can be used to log into the Play+ website and to set up a bank account for withdrawals (see Step 3 below).
If you have NOT yet funded or withdrawn an aggregate sum of $150 or more into/from your Play+ account, contact the ZenSports support team at [email protected] or chat with us in our support library or in the ZenSports app to request your Play+ Card Reference number (and then proceed to Step 3 below).
If you've already set up a bank account to make a withdrawal from, you can skip down to Step 14 below.
Go to https://playplus.mycardplace.com/ then enter in your Play+ card number that you've received or the Card Reference number you received from ZenSports support in the "Card Number" field under "Activate/Register Card". Then click on "Activate/Register":
Choose your user ID, password, secret question, and an answer to your secret question, then click on "Next":
Verify that the information you've entered is correct, then click on the check box at the bottom of the page to prove that you're human. Click the "Submit" when done:
You will receive a message that your Play+ account has successfully been created. Click on the "Click here to Sign In" button:
You will now be logged into your Play+ account. Hover your mouse on "Transfers" and click on "My Bank Accounts":
Click on "Create Card to Bank Account" to add a bank account using your bank credentials.
Enter your bank account credentials on this page, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Add a Bank Account" button:
Verify that the information you entered in is correct, then click on the "Register Bank Account" button:
You will receive a notification that your bank account has successfully been created/added into Play+. Play+ will then send two nominal test deposits to your bank account within 4 to 7 business days:
After the nominal test deposits have been made to your bank account, log into the "Bank Account List" page and click on "Verify". The steps on how to navigate to the "Bank Account List" page can be found in Step 6:
Enter the amounts deposited in your bank account:
If the amount entered is correct, you will see a "Bank Account verified successfully" page, and the account status should change from "In Progress" to "Verified":
Hover your pointer over the "Transfers" tab, then select the "Card to Bank" option:
Select the "Card Account" you want to withdraw from, then select the Bank Account you want to transfer your funds to. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Transfer":
