Customers that feel that they have a problem with gambling can "self-exclude" themselves from using ZenSports (or any other licensee in Tennessee) further. This eliminates the temptation to immediately gamble and provides a necessary break from gambling in order to seek the necessary professional help.

Customers can self-exclude themselves automatically within the ZenSports app, or by reaching out to ZenSports’s 24x7 customer support team (via chat or email).

Self-Exclusion is a ban from using ZenSports that will not let a customer access the features within the ZenSports app during the selected self-exclusion period (1 Year, 3 Year, or 5 Year). Any remaining Available Balance funds are sent to the designated account provided by the customer. The customer is unsubscribed from all marketing content and is blocked from further accessing the ZenSports app. NOTE: This action can not be undone.

Step 1

Tap on the "More" tab at the bottom navigation.

Step 2

Select the "Your Time & Limits in ZenSports" option.

Step 3

Tap on the "Self-Exclusion" option.

Step 4

Read the information on this page, then tap on "Self-Exclude Me" to exclude yourself from the ZenSports app.

To self-exclude yourself from all other sports betting operators in Tennessee, player will need to contact SWC directly: https://www.tn.gov/swac/forms/self-exclusion.html.

Step 6

Tap "Yes, Confirm Changes" to save the changes you've made.
