ZenSports charges a processing fee for every withdrawal made. We charge this fee to help offset the fiat financial institution costs that we incur when processing withdrawals.
The fee is charged in addition to the withdrawal amount so that you're always receiving the amount that you requested and don't need to try and figure out how much extra to add to your withdrawal to account for the fee.
The exact amount of the fee that you'll be charged for a withdrawal will be shown to you in the app at the time the withdrawal request is submitted by you. The amount that our fiat payment processor charges us to process withdrawals is what we will charge your account.
