ZenSports currently processes all withdrawal requests manually. Our goal is to eventually allow for automated withdrawals. However, until that is in place, please note that all withdrawal requests are manually processed by a live human in our accounting department at our headquarters, located in the Eastern Time zone.

Processing Times

  1. Withdrawals get processed within 24 business hours, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

  2. Friday requests received before 12:00pm Eastern Time will be processed the same day (before the weekend). Friday requests received after 12:00pm Eastern Time will be processed the next business day (on Monday).

You will receive an email back from us once your withdrawal has been processed. Please do not send follow-up support requests to us prior to 24 business hours withdrawals, as that will only delay us even further in processing your withdrawal. Don’t worry, we haven't forgotten about you, your withdrawal request hasn't been lost, so you can just relax :) If you haven't received your withdrawal after 24 business hours for some reason, let us know and we will check on it for you.

List of U.S. holidays when withdrawals will NOT be processed:

New Year's Day (January 1st)

Martin Luther King Junior Day (third Monday in January)
President's Day (third Monday in February)
Memorial Day (last Monday in May)

Juneteenth (June 19th)
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day (first Monday in September)

Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day (second Monday in October)

Veteran's Day (November 11th)
Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
Day after Thanksgiving (fourth Friday in November)
Christmas Eve (December 24th)
Christmas Day (December 25th)
New Year's Eve (December 31st)

Any holiday above that falls on a weekend will be observed on the nearest business day.

*****IMPORTANT NOTE: For larger withdrawal requests (generally greater than $10,000) or when there is a high volume of withdrawal requests made, processing times may take longer than 24 business hours. In these circumstances, we'll proactively reach out to you to let you know the date/time that your withdrawal will be processed. Oftentimes, we'll bonus your ZenSports account as a thank you for dealing with this inconvenience, but this bonus is at our discretion, and the amount and method of the bonus may vary depending on a variety of circumstances. We will let you know of any bonuses that you'll receive at the time that we reach out to you.
