Withdrawal processing times vary by the method requested:
Play+ Withdrawal Processing Times
Once a withdrawal request is submitted from your ZenSports wagering account into your ZenSports Play+ account, you will see your funds instantly in your Play+ account.
From there, you can either:
Withdraw from your ZenSports Play+ (Sightline) account into your bank account. Processing times for such requests depend on your bank, but generally settle within 1 to 2 business days.
Wire Transfer Withdrawal Processing Times
Outgoing wire transfers from withdrawal requests will be sent within 24 business hours of the request, excluding weekends, US holidays, and other observed banking holidays. Generally speaking, you should then receive the wire transfer into your bank account within 24 business hours after we send it (so 48 business hours after you request it). However, processing times by your bank may vary.
Paper Check Withdrawal Processing Times
While ZenSports will process paper check withdrawal requests within 24 business hours of the request (excluding weekends, US holidays, and other observed banking holidays), this method will still take longer than withdrawing via Play+ or Wire Transfer, as it takes time to send and receive a paper check via mail. In some cases, this can take up to 10-14 business days. We recommend instead using a Wire Transfer if you can.
