Effective August 6th, 2024 ZenSports iOS app will no longer support Sign in With Apple ID.
If you've been using Sign in With Apple ID to use ZenSports, don't worry -- you'll be able to easily update your email / password through customer support chat.
To do so, simply send an email to [email protected] containing the following information:
Full name on ZenSports account
Your new email address
Once you do so, our customer support team will reach back out to confirm additional information from you.
Once you've proven your identity, customer support will update your email address on record, and you'll be able to login, however, you’ll need to go through our MFA email registration, phone registration and go through KYC re-verification.
