ZenSports requires that users reset their password after a period of 90 days for account security. Customers can also choose to reset their password if they no longer remember or want to use a different password. To reset your password:
Step 1
On the Login page, tap on 'Forgot Password?'
Step 2
Enter the email address on your ZenSports account in the text box, then tap on Send Email.
Note: You need to enter the email address on your ZenSports account here. Entering an email that isn't associated with your ZenSports account won't work.
Step 3
A one-time password code will be sent to your verified mobile phone number. Enter the code in the blank field below, then tap on "Submit".
If the code entered is correct, a confirmation screen will appear to inform you that the code is confirmed.
Step 4
An email will be sent to the verified email address on your account. If you've still not received the password reset email after a couple of minutes, check your spam folder.
The email is titled: Someone attempted to reset your ZenSports password.
Open the email and click on "Change my password."
A new window will open and ask you to enter your new password. Note that the new password must be 8 characters minimum, and contain a combination of at least two of the following criteria: Upper case letters, lower case letters, numeric, and/or special characters.
After entering your new password, confirm the password by re-entering the same password again.
Tap on Change my password to reset your old password to the new password.
You'll see a Password Reset Successful message if the reset successfully went through.
