Please follow the instructions below carefully to withdraw your funds via paper check. Most importantly, be sure that you send the request email from the same email address that's on file with your ZenSports account and that your address and date of birth are the same as in your ZenSports account.
NOTE: While ZenSports will process paper check withdrawal requests within 24 business hours of the request (excluding weekends, US holidays, and other observed banking holidays), this method will still take longer than withdrawing via Play+ or Wire Transfer, as it takes time to send and receive a paper check via mail. In some cases, this can take up to 10-14 business days. We recommend instead using a Wire Transfer if you can.
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line of Paper Check Withdrawal Request. Include the following information in the body of your email:
First and Last Name (Beneficiary Name)
Your Complete Mailing Address
Your Date of Birth
Withdrawal Amount
NOTE: There are NO limits when withdrawing funds from ZenSports via paper check.
