Customers that feel that they have a problem with gambling can temporarily “self-limit” themselves from using ZenSports (or any other licensee in Tennessee) further. This eliminates the temptation to immediately gamble and provides a necessary break from gambling in order to seek the necessary professional help.
Customers can self-limit themselves automatically within the ZenSports app, or by reaching out to ZenSports’s 24x7 customer support team (via chat or email).

Tap on the "More" tab at the bottom navigation.

Select the "Your Time & Limits in ZenSports" option.

Tap on the "Self Limitation" option.

Select "Account Cool-Off".
Step 5
Set a time limit in days to temporarily self-exclude oneself from using ZenSports. During this cool-off period, customers will be unable to access the features within the ZenSports app. Withdrawal requests can still be made via ZenSports customer support. Enter the number of days to temporarily self-exclude yourself from using the ZenSports app, then tap on "Save" in the upper right corner to save your wager limits.
Tap "Yes, Confirm Changes" to save the changes you've made.
