Customers that feel that they have a problem with gambling can temporarily “self-limit” themselves from using ZenSports (or any other licensee in Tennessee) further. This eliminates the temptation to immediately gamble and provides a necessary break from gambling in order to seek the necessary professional help.
Customers can self-limit themselves automatically within the ZenSports app, or by reaching out to ZenSports’s 24x7 customer support team (via chat or email).
Step 1
Tap on the "More" tab at the bottom navigation.
Step 2
Select the "Your Time & Limits in ZenSports" option.
Step 3
Tap on the "Self Limitation" option.
Step 4
Select "Deposit Limits".
Step 5
Set the maximum total amount that can be deposited per 24 hours, per week, and/or per month then tap on "Save" in the upper right corner to save your deposit limits.
Tap "Yes, Confirm Changes" to save the changes you've made.
