Withdrawal processing times vary by the method requested:

Play+ Withdrawal Processing Times

Once a withdrawal request is submitted from your ZenSports wagering account into your ZenSports Play+ account, you will see your funds instantly in your Play+ account.

From there, you can either:

  1. Withdraw from your ZenSports Play+ (Sightline) account into your bank account. Processing times for such requests depend on your bank, but generally settle within 1 to 2 business days.

  2. Use your ZenSports Play+ Discover debit card to instantly make purchases worldwide or withdraw cash from an ATM.

Wire Transfer Withdrawal Processing Times

Outgoing wire transfers from withdrawal requests will be sent within 5 business days of the request, excluding weekends, US holidays, and other observed banking holidays. Generally speaking, you should then receive the wire transfer into your bank account within 24 business hours after we send it (so 6 business days after you request it). However, processing times by your bank may vary.
